Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping charges and import duties are non-refundable.
  • Process:
    • Email info@phosuadetailed.com with your order number in the subject line and the reason for the return/exchange.
    • The customer service team will confirm your request and guide you through the process.
  • Conditions:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging.
    • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original packaging may be rejected and sent back to the customer.
  • Refund:
    • A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, minus shipping costs.
    • Returns received after 10 days may not be processed or may only qualify for store credit.

Exchanges

  • Phosua Detailed will exchange items for other products of equal value.
    • If the new item is of lesser value, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
    • If the new item is of higher value, the customer will be charged the difference before shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
  • Duties/Customs: Phosua Detailed does not refund duties or customs charges for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items

  • If an item is defective, Phosua Detailed will:
    • Recall the item and offer a full refund, including shipping and duty charges.
    • Process the refund after inspecting and confirming the item is defective or not as described on the website.
